CHOQUEQUIRAO:

Remember that you must hike from Mirador Capuliyoc to Choquequirao and return on foot to Mirador Capuliyoc / Cachora.
RESTRICTIONS:
This option is subject to a minimum group size of 3 people. For more tourists, once the group is formed, the Private and Personalized Tour will begin with the number of tourists available for the indicated dates. If this minimum number of tourists is not reached, the tour departure will be CANCELLED, with prior coordination with the interested parties.
Once the group is formed, you can then make the payment, which will guarantee your excursion.
ITINERARY:
DAY 1. CUSCO / CACHORA / MIRADOR CAPULIYOC / CHIQUISCA CAMP / SANTA ROSA CAMP.
We depart from Cusco at 5:00 a.m. The route to Cachora is 145 km. of track and 10 km of paved road, there we will rest and then, we will go by bus to the Capuliyoc Lookout. There we will meet with the muleteer, our Guide, Cook and all the Horses, at this point we will begin our hiking journey descending the mountain of the Capuliyoc Lookout, from there we will observe the Apurimac Canyon. Continuing with our tour we will continue descending, until we reach Camp Chiquisca, a place to rest and have lunch, after lunch, we will continue our walk until we reach Rosalina Beach, we will cross the Apurimac River bridge, the limit and border between Cusco and Apurimac, and then arrive at Camp Santa Rosa where we will camp and have dinner.
DAY 2. SANTA ROSA CAMP / MARANPATA CAMP / CHOQUEQUIRAO.
After a delicious breakfast, we will continue our journey from Santa Rosa Camp to Marampata Camp. There, we will have lunch and then hike toward the Choquequirao Archaeological Park. Along the way, we will observe different landscapes, mountains, native plants, orchids, beautiful waterfalls, birds, and animals within the jungle canopy. After visiting Choquequirao, we will return to Marampata Camp where we will have dinner and spend the night.
DAY 3. MARAMPATA CAMP / CHIQUISCA CAMP
Very early after breakfast at Marampata Camp, we will descend the hike to Santa Rosa / Rosalina Beach. Afterward, we will head to Chiquisca Camp where we will have dinner and camp.
DAY 4. CHIQUISCA CAMP / CAPULIYOC VIEWPOINT / CACHORA – CUSCO
After a hearty breakfast, we will return at 5:00 a.m. along the pass road to Capuliyoc.
At this point, we will board our private return shuttle to our hotel in Cusco.
