ITINERARY:
Approximately from 8:00 a.m. to 8:20 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel to begin the journey to the South Valley. First, we will visit the archaeological site of Tipon. There, we will observe an impressive Inca-engineered hydraulic irrigation system used in the time of the Incas. Then, we will head to the archaeological site of Pikillacta, which means Flea Town. There, we will see temples, plazas, streets, and typical houses. Then, we will head to the town of Andahuaylillas, where we will visit the famous Colonial Sistine Chapel. Inside, we will see beautiful murals, traditional gold-leaf embroidery, paintings, carved paintings, and ancient relics.
Afterwards, we will return to Cusco, concluding the tour at approximately 3:00 p.m.
